Nothing is sold directly on skyensolutions.com. This policy explains the refund terms for services we provide to schools, and shows where to find the refund terms for each of our products.

Qismat Ventures W.L.L., trading as Skyen Solutions, provides services to schools and educational institutes, including websites, learning management systems (LMS), apps and gamification. Refunds for these services are set out in the contract signed with each client. The refund terms in your contract apply. If you have a question about a refund, please contact us.

Web plans for Studiely and Make My Lesson are sold by Skyen Systems Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia (ACN 701 564 730). In summary:

• No refund is given once a billing period has started.
• Goodwill refunds may be given at the company's discretion.

The Studiely and Make My Lesson apps for iOS and Android are published under Skyen Solutions. Purchases made in these apps go through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds for these purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund rules. Please request a refund through the store where you made the purchase.

Worksheeta is operated and sold by Skyen Systems Pty Ltd. In summary, no refund is given once a billing period has started, and goodwill refunds may be given at the company's discretion. The full refund policy on worksheeta.com applies.

Linguatude is in development and is not yet on sale. Its refund terms will be published on linguatude.com when it launches.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
